#1 Um viver mais integral
Claramente, todas as pessoas esperam alcançar o máximo das suas
potencialidades, tanto a nível pessoal como profissional. E, existem imensas estratégias na Internet que poderão permitir a obtenção de bons resultado, como é o caso, por exemplo, das técnicas de marketing nos negócios.
Mas, venho refletir sobre o algo mais. Isto é, a pessoa tem de começar por ser tremendamente honesta com ela própria para perceber aquilo de que gosta e faz sentido na sua vida (
autoconhecimento) e, assim, poder direcionar o seu trabalho para isso, conforme possível.
Gostar daquilo que se faz é, precisamente, o fator que leva à
persistência e melhoria contínua com menos esforço associado. Pois, os obstáculos surgirão sempre. E, até têm o lado positivo de nos proporcionar aprendizagens, tanto na atitude perante o primeiro contacto com as contrariedades como no desenvolvimento de estratégias criativas para resolver o problema.
Mas, incluir um trabalho de que gostamos na nossa vida será um passo para uma
vivência integral.
#1 A more complete living
Clearly, everyone expects to reach their full potential, both personally and professionally. And, there are many strategies on the Internet that allow us to obtain good results, as is the case, for example, with marketing techniques in business.
But, I come to reflect on something else. That is, we have to be tremendously honest with ourselves to understand what we likes and makes sense in our life (self-knowledge), and thus be able to direct our work towards that, as possible.
Do what we love is precisely the factor that leads to persistence and continuous improvement without so much effort associated. Obstacles will always appear. And, they even have the positive side of providing us with learning, both in the attitude towards the first contact with the obstacle and in the development of creative strategies to solve the problem.
But including a job we like in our life will be a step towards a full life.
Algumas pessoas seguem o meu blogue desde que começou, o que eu agradeço imenso e reconheço como um bom
suporte para continuar. O blogue já está tão diferente!
Existiram alterações nos materiais que utilizo, de forma a garantir o máximo de durabilidade e beleza. Existiram alterações nos estilos, predomina o estilo rústico. Existiram alterações na categorização das bijus. No início, criei algumas coleções. Esta parte da organização e catalogação é deveras trabalhosa. E, estou sempre a
rever e a
reorganizar. Mas, quanto mais me dedico a este trabalho, mais cuidado e amor tenho com ele.
Este é, como também se nota, um part-time. E, algumas vezes, pensei deixar o artesanato de lado. Mas, vejo que é muito difícil desistir de algo a que nos dedicamos com tanto cuidado e carinho. Esta
persistência acaba por ser
natural e permitir uma certa estabilidade.
#2 More persistence with less effort
Some people have been following my blog since it started, which I greatly appreciate and recognize as good support to continue. The blog is already so different!
There have been changes in the materials, in order to ensure maximum durability and beauty. There were changes in styles, the rustic style predominates. There were changes in the bijus categorization. In the beginning, I created some collections. This part of organizing and cataloging is quite laborious. And, I'm always reviewing and rearranging. But the more I dedicate myself to this work, the more care and love I have with it.
This is a part-time. And sometimes, I thought to give up the craft. But, now I see that it is very difficult to give up something that we dedicate ourselves to with care and affection. This persistence turns out to be natural and allows for stability.
#3 O florescer da criatividade Um aspeto que encontramos quando exploramos aquilo de que gostamos é precisamente a
criatividade. Nota-se nas mais variadas profissões. Por exemplo, os médicos com mais amor à profissão mais facilmente se tornam pioneiros em técnicas inovadoras, porque o gosto por alguma coisa e a criatividade são duas ferramentas essenciais para a resolução dos problemas.
E, tudo isto não tem de se aplicar apenas a uma profissão, mas à vida no seu todo. Também
na vida do dia-a-dia podemos ser criativos e saber apreciar os aspetos bons, com alegria e tranquilidade. E, ainda, desenvolver estratégias para lidar com os momentos menos bons de uma forma saudável.
Fazer o que se gosta permite um
melhor direcionamento da nossa energia, uma atitude mais positiva e até empreendedora sem cair no pessimismo e comportamentos prejudiciais para nós ou para os outros.
Isto é como olhar a vida de outra perspetiva. Há sempre muitos entraves, mas temos de ser otimistas e deixar algum
espaço na nossa vida para as coisas de que mais gostamos, mesmo que não seja possível viver disso a tempo integral. Mas, pelo menos e de alguma maneira, podemos desenvolver esse lado.
#3 The flowering of creativity
One aspect we find when exploring what we like is precisely creativity. It is noticed in the most varied professions. For example, physicians with more love for the profession more easily become pioneers in innovative techniques, because to like something and creativity are two essential tools for solving problems.
And, all of this doesn't have to apply just professionally, but to life as a whole. Also in everyday life we can be creative and know how to appreciate the good things, with joy and tranquility. And, also, develop strategies to deal with the less good times in a healthy way.
Doing what we love allows for a better focus of our energy, a more positive and even entrepreneurial attitude without falling into pessimism and harmful behaviors to us or to others.
This is like looking at life from another perspective. There are always many obstacles, but we have to be optimistic and leave some space in our lives for the things we love the most, even if it's not possible to live out of it full time. But, at least and in some way, we can develop that side.
